How an automation project runs
One call. One build. Then it just runs.
Step 1
Scope call
Forty-five minutes on the task that eats your week. We agree exactly what the automation must do — and what it must never touch.
Step 2
Build & connect
We build it against your real tools and real data, test it with your actual volume, and show it running before it goes live.
Step 3
Handover
You approve, it runs. You get a plain-language walkthrough of what happens when, and a direct line if anything needs changing.
Straight answers
- What can't be automated?
- Judgement calls and relationships stay yours. Everything with a rule, a trigger or a pattern — forms, follow-ups, reports, routing, first-draft answers — is fair game.
- Do I have to change my tools?
- No. We work with what you already use — email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, your website, your CRM. The automation connects them; it doesn't replace them.
- How long does it take?
- Most automations go live in days, not weeks. A single workflow can be running within the same two-day window as a LaunchPilot site.
- Is my data safe?
- Automations run on your accounts with the narrowest access possible. Nothing is stored or reused beyond what the workflow needs.
