The LaunchPilot Sites sprint

A clock, not a calendar.

Most website projects die in the waiting. LaunchPilot Sites removes the waiting: one decision-maker, one direction, one continuous two-day run.

  1. Hour 00

    The call

Forty-five minutes. Your craft, your audience, the one thing you want visitors to do.

  2. Hour 04

    Structure and story

Page map and message hierarchy agreed in writing, so nothing drifts later.

  3. Hour 10

    Design direction

One committed direction — palette, type, motion — instead of three safe ones.

  4. Hour 18

    Words

Copy written in your voice. Headlines that a human would actually say out loud.

  5. Hour 26

    Build

Responsive, fast, accessible. Real content in place from the first screen.

  6. Hour 38

    Your review

You walk the site, I take notes, changes land the same day.

  7. Hour 44

    Polish pass

Speed, SEO, social previews, forms, analytics, favicon, the lot.

  8. Hour 48

    Live

Domain connected, site published, keys handed over with a short walkthrough.

Questions people ask first

Is 48 hours really enough?
For a focused site, yes — because the scope is decided before the clock starts and one person does everything. Large stores or complex apps get a longer, separate plan.
What do you need from me?
One call, whatever images or writing you already have, and about an hour of review time at hour 38.
What if I don't have photos or copy?
That's normal. I write the copy and source or create the visuals as part of the sprint.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of tweaks are included, and you can hand off or keep me on for ongoing changes.
